Absolutely. Your guestbook is secured with a unique link and optionally a password. Only people you share the link with can view the messages. We never sell or rent your data to third parties — see our privacy policy for the necessary processors (hosting & payments).

Yes! Visitors give a heart to their favorite messages. You see all likes in your dashboard. If you like messages via the gallery yourself, it syncs automatically with the dashboard.

Yes, you can download each message individually as MP3 (audio) or MP4 (video and waveform). You can also download everything at once as a ZIP file — per type or all together.

Yes. The gallery locally tracks which audio messages you've listened to and which videos you've watched. Listened tracks are dimmed so you always know where you left off.

Your messages remain available until 1 year after the event date. You'll receive a timely reminder to download everything. We recommend always saving your favorite messages locally.

Absolutely. You choose per channel what to share. Uploads (guest photos and videos) are on by default. Audio and video messages are often more personal — you can keep those private.

You can start for free with an upload-only guestbook. The Starter plan offers extended upload capabilities for €24.99 per event. The Essential plan with audio, video and uploads costs €64.99 per event. You pay per event, no subscription.

Yes, the link expires automatically 1 year after your event. You can also set a specific date when the gallery becomes visible — for example, the day after the event.

Fair use simply means we apply generous limits so everyone can upload smoothly. With the Starter and Essential plan you get 200 GB of storage and up to 3 GB per file — more than enough for a large event. There is no strict limit on the number of files, only a maximum of 10,000 per event to prevent abuse.

Yes! You can offer audio and video as separate channels within the same event. Guests choose whether they want to leave an audio or video message.

Audio messages are saved as MP3 for optimal compatibility. The original file (WebM) is also preserved. Additionally, a waveform image and video are automatically generated.

A video guestbook lets your guests record a personal video message from their phone. It works like a FaceTime call: guests first see your greeting video and then record their message. No app needed.

You can choose from multiple filters: a retro VHS effect, a film grain style, or simply no filter. The filters are automatically applied to all video messages and give a unique atmosphere.

The maximum duration is configurable per event, up to 2 minutes by default. This ensures guests can leave a personal message without it getting too long.
