Frequently asked questions

Do my guests need an app?
No, not at all. Your guests scan a QR code or open a link on their phone. Everything works directly in the browser — no download, no registration, no hassle.
What is the fair use policy?
Fair use simply means we apply generous limits so everyone can upload smoothly. With the Starter and Essential plan you get 200 GB of storage and up to 3 GB per file — more than enough for a large event. There is no strict limit on the number of files, only a maximum of 10,000 per event to prevent abuse.
What file types can I upload?
Guests can upload photos (JPEG, PNG, HEIC, WebP) and videos (MP4, MOV, WebM). Files are sent directly from the browser — no app needed.
How large can a file be?
With the free plan, a file can be up to 100 MB with 1 GB total storage. With the Starter or Essential plan, each file can be up to 3 GB with 200 GB total storage per event.
