What is the shared gallery?+
The shared gallery is a beautiful page where family and friends can relive all messages from your event. Audio, video and photos are presented in the theme you chose — including your own fonts and colors.
How do I share my gallery?+
In your dashboard under the Event Wizard, activate the gallery and copy the link. Share it via WhatsApp, email or social media. Optionally set a password so only invited guests have access.
Can visitors like messages?+
Yes! Visitors give a heart to their favorite messages. You see all likes in your dashboard. If you like messages via the gallery yourself, it syncs automatically with the dashboard.
Does it track which messages I've listened to?+
Yes. The gallery locally tracks which audio messages you've listened to and which videos you've watched. Listened tracks are dimmed so you always know where you left off.
Can I choose which messages are shared?+
Absolutely. You choose per channel what to share. Uploads (guest photos and videos) are on by default. Audio and video messages are often more personal — you can keep those private.
Does the link expire automatically?+
Yes, the link expires automatically 1 year after your event. You can also set a specific date when the gallery becomes visible — for example, the day after the event.
Is the gallery available on the free plan?+
No, the shared gallery is available with the Starter plan (from €24.99) and the Essential plan (€64.99). The free plan does not include gallery access.
Does the gallery work on every device?+
Yes, the gallery is fully responsive and works on phone, tablet and desktop. The audio and video players automatically adapt to the screen size.
Can I set a password?+
Yes. You can set an optional password so only invited guests have access to your guestbook.
Can I choose which channels are visible in the gallery?+
Yes. In the Event wizard you choose which channels (audio, video, uploads) are visible in the shared gallery. By default only the upload channel is visible.
Is the shared gallery secured?+
Yes. The gallery is only accessible via a unique link and you can optionally set a password. You decide when the gallery becomes active — manually or via an automatic date.
